About Me.

My name is Kim Silas. After serving nine years in the Army, I utilized my GI Bill to pursue higher education at the University of Texas at Arlington, earning Bachelor's of Arts in Accounting. I then spent two years at a CPA firm, focusing on small business bookkeeping, payroll, and tax filing. Following that, I dedicated six years to the a local municipality, where I processed payroll, filed quarterly tax reports, and issued W-2s and 1099s, ultimately leading the Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounting functions. My journey reflects a commitment to service and a strong foundation in financial management.
